At Bainiwal Law, our mission is to help clients protect their families and legacies with thoughtful and effective estate planning. My journey into law began at UCLA, where I completed my undergraduate studies, followed by earning my law degree at UC Hastings. Since 2019, I have been proudly practicing law in the Bay Area, focusing on helping families navigate the complexities of estate planning and trust administration.

Throughout my career, I’ve taken on cases that others deemed unwinnable, successfully recovering for clients who were told they had no case. While I enjoy fighting for justice in court when necessary, my ultimate goal is to help clients avoid litigation by setting things up properly from the start.

I approach every case with honesty and dedication, ensuring my clients receive practical advice and a clear understanding of whether something is being handled correctly. Advocacy is at the heart of what I do—when I take on a client, I’m committed to solving their problems and using my energy to advocate for their best interests.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my wife, which reminds me of the importance of the family connections I help my clients protect. I truly enjoy working with people, and helping my clients is not just my job—it’s my passion and purpose.
